Safety features in the Lumina SS UTE

Both the 2013 UTE models boasted a range of standard safety features, ensuring peace of mind for both the driver and passenger.
The UTE models were equipped with side and curtain airbags (for both the passenger and driver) and fitted with Brembo Brakes in the front – an important aspect when it comes to safety, as Brembo is one of the global leaders when it comes to the design, development and manufacturing of braking systems.

The 2013 Lumina SS UTE also came standard with a fabulous Infotainment System. This Infotainment system consisted of seven speakers and controls on the steering wheel (because we all need an awesome sound system at the tips of our fingers).

With an LCD Touch Screen, a USB port and an on board computer, the Lumina SS entertainment system was Bluetooth compatible, had an auxiliary input and even boasted MP3 compatibility.

Convenience features in the UTE

Not only a monster on the road, the Chev Lumina for sale also had stunning standard features in terms convenience. Boasting power steering and a sports leather steering wheel, the Lumina also offered cruise control and power windows.

With climate control and a convenient centre console great for storing all sorts of necessities, it had a lockable glovebox and a special holder for your sunglasses. Also standard in both models were defoggers for the rear window, leather seats, leather trim inserts in the doors and adjustable lumbar support in both the driver and passenger seats.

Dimensions, look and security

With a length of 5 040 millimetres and a width of 1 899 millimetres, it has a high of 1 480 millimetres and a wheelbase of 3 009 millimetres. These two models also had a fuel tank capacity of 71 litres and a loadbox capacity of 1 100 litres.

Showing off smooth, long lines, these UTE models were (and still are), sleek and modern. With alloy wheels and colour coded handles and bumpers, the front grille proudly displayed the Chevrolet bowtie logo paired with flowing, sporty front.
